Embroidery cost estimator
A rough range from size, fill and quantity before you post. Makers quote the real price from your artwork.
How it works
Upload your logo or artwork, say what it goes on, the size, how many and when you need them. Embroiderers send bids with a price and a turnaround. Pick one, pay, and follow progress photos until the order ships.
Why not a bulk print site?
Bulk sites are built for 50 shirts with a minimum and a catalog of blanks. Here a maker can stitch one patch, one cap, or your logo on a jacket you send in, and quote the digitizing openly.
Who's stitching
Home embroiderers with single-needle machines, small shops with multi-needle machines, and digitizers who turn artwork into DST or PES files. Any verified maker with the right machine and hoop can quote.

Why post here instead of a bulk print site or a DM
Paid only after delivery
You pay when you accept a bid. The platform holds the money until the order reaches you and you confirm delivery.
Built for small orders
One patch, six caps, a single monogrammed towel. Makers here set their own minimums, and many take one-offs.
No buyer fee
The embroiderer's quote is the price you pay; the platform adds no buyer fee.
Digitizing quoted openly
Makers state whether digitizing is included. Ask for the DST or PES file so you own it for reorders.
Your own item, stitched
Send in the jacket, bag or blanket you already have. Say what it's made of so makers can quote the right backing and hoop.
Help if it goes wrong
If an order stalls or arrives wrong, open a dispute in the app. Disputes that aren't resolved are reviewed by The Spool List.

Common questions
How is embroidery priced?
Most embroiderers price by stitch count, usually per 1,000 stitches, plus a one-time digitizing fee and the item itself. One industry pricing guide puts the stitch rate around $1–3 per 1,000. Bigger designs and solid fills mean more stitches. Our free stitch count and price calculators give a range; bids give the real number.
How many stitches is my logo?
It depends on size and how much of it is filled. As a reference, an ASI example puts a solid 2 x 2 inch fill at about 5,600 to 6,900 stitches depending on density. Outlines and lettering use far fewer. The exact count comes from the digitized file.
What is a digitizing fee?
Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file the machine can sew: stitch types, direction, density and order. It's charged once per design, commonly $10–75, more for large or complex jacket backs. Reorders of the same design usually skip it.
